Delivery Details: 

 1-7 work days to deliver in Sydney and nearest states, 7-10 business days, for long-distance requests. If in case, the customer is not at home we deliver at a safe place. If you wish to deliver at a specific time please let us know during the purchase. Otherwise, we will deliver to a safe place. If for whatever cause, you are not satisfied with your order, you can give it back to us within 30 days for a complete refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping charges). Everything we ask is to return the object in its original state without scratches in the original package.

 Warranty:

If we deliver the item we book the compulsory insurance for transit, we will report damages or failure if you obey the directions below: If you see damage to any of the boxes please take a picture of it, and please also mention damage next to your signature & submit damage pictures to us within 24 hours of receiving your items.

If you do not notify us to have proof of damages within 24 hours, we are unable to claim the insurance from the transport company, if you failed to notify us we are not able to claim the damage during transit. Since the courier firm wants appeals to be filed with proof within 7 days of delivery.
