The items are dispatched from our warehouse situated at Sydney New South Wales. Pre-order will ship August 1st week it is dependent upon the location. Though remote areas might take a long time to deliver and with a tracking number, it is possible to track the order status.

Incase insurance is purchased then claim for damage or loss can be made through us providing that you follow instructions below:

At time of delivery items must be signed for, if you notice damage to any of the boxes please take a photo of it, also please note damaged next to your signature & report damage to us within 24 hours from the time you receive your item.

In the event where you don't contact us & provide evidence of damage within 24 hours you will loose your rights for any compensation as the courier company does require claims to be lodged to them along with evidence within 24 hours from time delivery is made

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or have not received it

please give us a chance to correct the problem before opening a dispute or leaving feedback.

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us, we will do our best to assist where possible.
